Steve Naschert

In 2016, Steve became the Director of Operations at CMAC, where he has been supervising field operations in both the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. His responsibilities have encompassed project planning, estimating, construction management, process scheduling, and contract negotiation. Steve’s commitment and achievements earned him a promotion to Vice President in 2021. Before joining Christman, Steve worked as a senior project superintendent for a major competitor.
